Galvanized steel plate or stainless steel plate is used to make the door frame and the edge of the door plate. These materials are bent and manufactured with strong compressive deformation resistance, plastic spraying, and corrosion resistance.
The door panel is comprised of flame-retardant XPS foam composite material and spray-formed steel plate, which gives the door panel high aesthetic appeal, durability, and thermal insulation.
The door panel and door frame are well sealed, providing good insulation performance, thanks to the use of EPDM soft and hard co-extruded sealing strips. These strips are produced using automotive grade raw materials for quality assurance, aging resistance, and corrosion resistance.
