The LED chip matrix is arranged with high-density SMD2835/5730 chips, ensuring uniform light without glare and a color rendering index Ra > 80, meeting the color recognition requirements of industrial scenarios. The power factor PF > 0.95 reduces grid harmonic pollution. With wide voltage tolerance (±15% fluctuation), it is particularly suitable for old factory power grids. The standard model features an E40 heavy-duty screw-type lamp holder (compatible with E27 conversion ring), capable of withstanding high current. Additionally, a B22 bayonet version is provided to accommodate special lamps.
The basic version has an IP20 dust-proof rating. An optional IP44 splash-proof water version is available (custom order required). The entire metal casing maintains a surface temperature below 60℃, and the fanless design eliminates the risk of mechanical failures. It supports cold start at -30℃ and is suitable for extreme environments such as cold storage warehouses.
