Products Description
LED corn lamp, as the name suggests, is an LED lamp with a shape resembling a corn. Its name comes from the fact that its cylindrical lamp body is covered with many LED chips, just like the corn kernels arranged on the corn cob.
Unique appearance: This is its most distinctive feature. A central column-like structure (usually made of metal or plastic and serving as a heat sink), surrounded by 360° or nearly 360° of LED chips.
Wide light emission angle: Due to the LED chips being distributed in all directions, its light emission angle is extremely large (usually over 270°), with almost no blind spots. This enables its light coverage area to be wider than that of traditional single-directional LED bulb lamps.
High luminous flux: To achieve high brightness, the corn lamp will incorporate a large number of LED chips, so the total light output (lumens) is usually very high.
E40/E26 lamp caps: The most common type is the large E40 spiral lamp cap (for industrial use), and there are also E26 and other standard household lamp caps, which facilitate direct replacement of traditional high-power energy-saving lamps or mercury lamps.
Heat dissipation method: It mainly relies on its metal lamp body for passive heat dissipation.

Product Details
High luminous efficiency and energy saving: Compared with traditional metal halide lamps, high-pressure sodium lamps and energy-saving lamps, LED corn lamps consume much less power while providing the same or even higher brightness, resulting in significant energy savings.
Installation is simple: No need to modify the wiring. Just replace the old and outdated light sources directly. It is an ideal choice for lighting upgrades in factories, warehouses, shopping malls and other places.
Wide-angle lighting: With its 360° luminous characteristic, it is highly suitable for environments that require uniform lighting over a large area, such as street lamps, warehouses, workshops, underground parking lots, etc.
Longevity: Theoretically, the lifespan can reach 25,000 to 50,000 hours, which is much longer than that of traditional light sources.
Instant start: Lights up immediately upon power-on, without flickering. Unlike metal halide lamps, it doesn't require a long startup time.

Products Applications
Industrial lighting: Warehouses, logistics hubs, factory workshops.
Commercial lighting: Supermarket, mall, and exhibition hall high-ceiling lighting.
Public lighting: Airport waiting/boarding rooms, stadiums, terminals, and underground parking lots.
Road lighting: Some garden and high-pole lights (typically need lampshades).

The LED corn lamp is a classic and cost-effective product during the transition period from traditional high-power gas discharge lamps to LED lighting. Its core advantages lie in the ease of replacement and wide-angle illumination.
