Step 1: Disconnect and remove the ballast, use the right way to deal with old ballast or disconne the existing lamp holder, be careful to remov and deal with the ballast water.
Step 2: Reconnected to the lamp base.
Step 3: Install the new LED lights, and ensure the right connection.
