🛠️ How to Install & Use Your Gimbal LED Downlight
Step 1: Prep Your Space
Turn off the power to the ceiling circuit at the breaker box to ensure safety.
Use the included template (or measure the 6" cutout) to mark the installation spot on your ceiling.
Carefully cut the opening using a drywall saw, then remove any debris from the area.
Step 2: Wire the Fixture
Open the remote driver box and connect the house wiring (black, white, and ground) to the corresponding terminals in the box.
Plug the light's cord into the driver box, ensuring the connection is secure.
Tuck the driver box into the ceiling cavity, making sure it's positioned where it won't interfere with the light or other components.
Step 3: Install the Light
Squeeze the two red spring clips on the light housing together.
Insert the light into the ceiling cutout, then release the clips-they'll expand to lock the fixture firmly in place.
Gently tug on the light to confirm it's secure and won't shift.
Step 4: Adjust & Set the Light
Turn the power back on at the breaker box.
Flip the CCT selector switch on the light (located on the housing or driver box) to choose your desired color temperature, from 2700K to 5000K.
Adjust the gimbal head: tilt it up/down and swivel left/right to direct the light beam exactly where you need it, then let go-the friction in the joint will hold it in place.
