Ultra-Low Lumen Light Attenuation Control: Low thermal-resistance LED chips combined with an optimised passive heat dissipation structure. After 10,000 hours of continuous operation, the lumen retention rate is maintained at ≥92%; after 30,000 hours, the lumen output is held at ≥85%; and after a complete 50,000-hour service cycle, the total light loss is less than 18%.

Anti-Aging Electronic Components: The DOB board uses overcurrent protection IC, anti-surge resistors, and electrolytic capacitors that can withstand high temperatures. In addition to successfully suppressing fast light decay brought on by driver burnout or chip thermal degradation, components won't age quickly under prolonged, continuous illumination.

Low Thermal Degradation Housing Material: After years of heat buildup, the high-density polypropylene plastic shell with a low heat expansion coefficient won't shrink, yellow, or distort, preserving a steady heat conduction channel to permanently delay chip light deterioration.

Heat Dissipation & Material Performance

 

Superior High-Density Polypropylene PP Plastic Housing: Integrated heat conduction chamber construction, high thermal conductivity, and flame-retardant PP material. Reduce the temperature of the chip junction by rapidly exporting the heat produced by LED chips to the ceiling air gap.

Integrated One-Piece Lamp Body Moulding: This seamless, integrated lamp housing back cover with circular array heat convection apertures on the back side creates natural air convection circulation within the lamp body to speed up heat emission and prevent hot spots.

Low Thermal Resistance Structure Design: Short heat transfer channel between LED PCB and rear shell, lower chip operating temperature by 12–18°C compared to subpar plastic downlights, significantly increase chip longevity, and lower light decay rate.

Flame Retardant & Anti-Aging Shell: This V0-level flame retardant plastic material is resistant to melting at high temperatures and the spread of open flames. Its anti-UV ageing formula keeps the shell from yellowing and becoming brittle under prolonged interior illumination.
