Full Thickened Rear Aluminum Radiator Housing

Entire lamp back shell made of thickened die-cast aluminum alloy, high thermal conductivity coefficient, rapidly conducts heat generated by COB chip outwards.

Built-in air vortex heat convection channel design, forms natural upward air circulation flow as shown in schematic, continuously takes away internal heat, avoids heat accumulation inside lamp cavity.

Large-area integrated heat sink structure expands heat exchange contact area with air, lowers internal operating temperature of the lamp by 15-22℃ compared to plastic thin-shell downlights.

Scientific Heat Conduction Layout

Direct close contact between COB chip base and aluminum radiator, zero thermal resistance transfer, prevents high temperature from accelerating chip aging.

Isolated wire wiring slot separates drive power source from heat source, avoids power overheating failure caused by chip heat radiation, improves overall structural stability.
