Service Lifespan & Light Decay / Loss Performance

Optimized whole‑set heat dissipation system: Reinforced 6063 aluminum alloy frame plus tensile sealed iron back baseboard forms an effective heat dissipation structure. The running surface temperature of the lamp is controlled below 55℃ during continuous working. Lower working operating temperature slows down LED chip ageing dramatically.

Suppressed long‑term light depreciation: Benefiting from reliable LM‑80 LED components and efficient thermal dissipation design, the luminaire realizes slow light decay. Rated service life reaches up to 50,000 working hours under normal indoor operating conditions.

Sealed back‑plate construction slows internal component aging: The tensile iron baseboard sealing design prevents accelerated aging caused by dust, tiny flying insects and moisture contaminants inside the lamp cavity, protecting LGP, diffuser and LED light source from pollution degradation. This effectively extends the overall usable lifespan of the complete panel light.

Protection Grade & Mechanical / Environmental Protection Characteristics

Protection rating: IP20 for indoor ceiling application: It offers effective protection against finger contact with live internal parts. The rear sealed tensile iron baseboard provides extra barrier against dust, spray, mosquitoes and small insects penetrating into the inner optical layers, as highlighted on the product specification.

Robust sealed tensile iron back‑baseboard design: Plenty of fixing rivets around the back panel complete the enclosed sealing structure. This construction not only reinforces structural rigidity of the whole lamp body, but also improves passive heat dissipation performance of rear housing. Better heat dissipation further improves long‑term reliability.

Reinforced 6063 aluminum alloy frame: High‑strength aluminum border resists deformation during installation and long‑term ceiling service. Good thermal conductivity assists heat transfer from LED light source outwards.
