FAQ

1.Are LED downlights connected in any way?
Hardwiring them is the alternative. If they are plugged in, replacing them or temporarily removing them (for example, to paint a ceiling) is a straightforward DIY project, so there is no need to hire an electrician at $75 per hour to accomplish it.

2.Which LED downlights are better, 12V or 240V?
The danger of electric shock is minimized with 12V LED setups.

The built-in resistance of human skin and other things is more challenging for the electrical current to cross since 12V is a significantly lower voltage than line voltage (120/240V).
