Our 100W, 150W, and 200W Die-cast Aluminium UFO LED High Bay Light is designed for industrial and commercial high ceiling lighting. This UFO high bay uses multilayer optical lens design and high-efficiency 2835 SMD LED chips to provide ultra-high lumen output with an optimised heat dissipation structure. An excellent long-lasting substitute for conventional metal halide high bay lamps, the IP65 waterproof rating allows stable operation in moist, dusty workshops, warehouses, factories, and garages.

Core Lighting Performance

 

Light Source & Luminous Efficiency Equipped with premium Samsung/standard 2835 SMD LED chips arranged in concentric circular layout, each bead fitted with independent optical lens. Multilayer refraction lens structure realizes uniform light diffusion, wide beam irradiation range with no dark spot or glare; luminous efficacy reaches up to 130~155lm/W, far exceeding conventional HID/mercury lamps, delivering brighter & more even floor illumination while cutting unnecessary light waste. Constant-current isolated driver built inside, wide AC85-265V universal input voltage, strong anti-surge & voltage fluctuation resistance, effectively avoids flicker under unstable grid voltage common in overseas industrial sites; power factor ≥0.95, high power utilization rate, reduces reactive power loss for factory power supply system.

Heat Dissipation Performance Full housing adopts one-piece die-casting aluminum radiator with radial finned hollow heat dissipation structure (sunflower-shaped back shell). The divergent ribbed design greatly enlarges heat exchange contact area between lamp body and ambient air, forms natural convection air channel for passive rapid heat emission; effectively lowers LED junction temperature during long-time continuous lighting, fundamentally guarantee stable luminous performance under long-hour non-stop operation.

Installation Adaptability Standard built-in metal suspension hook, support chain hanging installation (the most common for high bay scenarios), optional surface mount bracket as customized accessory; flexible to install on steel beam, ceiling truss of factory workshop, warehouse, supermarket high ceiling, easy post-installation maintenance without complex construction.

Theoretical rated lifespan of original 2835 LED chip: 50,000 hours; with optimized die-cast aluminum thermal design, actual working service life reaches 45,000+ hours under 24h continuous industrial operation, equivalent to over 8 years daily long-time usage (12h/day working scene).

Internal driver adopts high-temperature resistant electronic components with overheat, overcurrent, short-circuit triple protection circuit, driver service life synchronizes with LED light source, no frequent driver replacement required like cheap inferior high bay lamps, drastically reducing post-maintenance replacement cost for end-users.

Light Attenuation & Power Loss Control

 

Light Decay Control: Thanks to excellent passive heat dissipation to keep LED core working temperature within safe range, lumen depreciation ≤3% after 1,000h initial aging test, total luminous decay less than 20% after 30,000h long-term use; far below industry ordinary UFO high bay's 35%+ light attenuation in same service cycle, keeps long-term stable high-bright output.

Power Loss: High PF≥0.95 constant current drive minimizes line reactive power loss; high-efficient LED chip cuts invalid heat loss compared with traditional halogen/metal halide lamps. Replacing old 400W MH lamp with our 150W UFO high bay can save over 60% monthly electricity cost for industrial lighting, prominent energy-saving benefit for factory & warehouse long-run cost control
