Structural & Thermal Performance

The frame is crafted from reinforced 6063 aviation-grade aluminum alloy, with optimized heat dissipation structure that caps the surface operating temperature below 55℃ even during continuous long-hour operation. The tensile iron baseboard adopts fully sealed craftsmanship, forming a robust heat dissipation loop to accelerate heat evacuation from LED chips, drastically slowing luminous attenuation and stabilizing long-term optical performance.

Material Durability

Multi-layer composite structure (Back Plate + EVA Buffer Layer + Chimei LGP + Anti-yellow Diffuser + LED Light Source + Reinforced Frame): The EVA layer provides shock buffer and moisture isolation; the top-tier diffuser features permanent antioxidant & anti-yellowing properties, maintaining consistent light transmittance and appearance for years without yellow discoloration.

Lifespan & Luminous Loss

Rated Lifespan: Up to 50,000 hours L70 lifespan (per LM-80 industrial testing standard). Based on 10-hour daily usage, it can serve over 13.7 years, cutting frequent replacement & maintenance costs dramatically for commercial projects.

Luminous Attenuation Control: Thanks to <55℃ surface temperature and sealed heat dissipation system, the luminous decay is controlled below 30% after 50,000h continuous operation. In the first 20,000h of usage, brightness only drops less than 15%, far outperforming generic panel lights on the market. The anti-yellow diffuser ensures light transmittance variation stays within 5% in long-term use, avoiding gradual darkening caused by material aging.

Protection Grade & Environmental Adaptability

Ingress Protection: The fully tensile sealed iron baseboard realizes excellent dustproof & splash-proof performance, reaching IP44 protection class: it blocks fine dust intrusion fully, and resists water splashes from all horizontal directions, adapting to humid offices, restaurant kitchens, restrooms and other mildly wet-dust indoor environments.

Extra Protection: Sealed structure also keeps mosquitoes, bugs and foreign debris out of the light inner cavity, preventing short-circuit failure and light scattering defects. It fully meets CE, RoHS international compliance standards, with anti-electromagnetic interference design for stable operation alongside office electronic equipment.
