The 23 watt 4000K PL-L from Superior Life is a line-driven, ballast bypass glass LED bulb. Just remove the old ballast and plug the light in. It includes an integrated universal driver that enables the bulb to run from 120 to 277V.
When present, the ballast has to be bypassed.
