Our T8 LED yellow light tubes are designed specifically to filter out UV and blue components with wavelengths less than 500 nm for UV-photosensible applications. Arf, Krf, g-, h-, and i-line broadband photo resists have spectral sensitivity ranging from the visible blue region of the spectrum to the near UV. Repeatable litho-processes are rendered difficult by artificial white light and daylight sources that contain wavelengths in the photoresists' sensitive region and prematurely expose the resist-coated substrates. In photolithography rooms, T8 LED yellow light tubes offer an economical and dependable way to provide ambient lighting while shielding semiconductor photoresists and other photo emulsions from UV light.
