Multi-Layer Waterproof & Protection Grade Specifications

IP68 Top-Tier Underwater Protection Rating: The whole lamp satisfies the IP68 full waterproof standard, allows for long-term, permanent submersion in pool water that is two to five meters deep, and completely prevents water infiltration, water vapour, and foam penetration into internal light components.

Triple Waterproofing (Triple Heavy-Duty Waterproof Structure):

First layer: tight seal around power cord to prevent water capillary seepage along cable; high-temperature oil sealing for wire exit;

The second layer is a full potting waterproof glue filling that fully encloses the circuit board and LED chips to keep moisture and water out of the lamp chamber;

Third layer: A double compression sealing ring that closes the assembly gap for secondary water resistance between the PC mask and the PBT lamp body.

Double Compression Sealing Technology: Between the front lampshade and the rear housing, two silicone compression gaskets provide a double-layer watertight barrier that can withstand the shock of deep water pressure as well as seasonal variations in water temperature.

Housing Resistant to Chemicals and Corrosion:

The main lamp shell is made of high-strength engineering PBT plastic that is resistant to chemical corrosion from disinfectants, acid-base water, and pool chlorine. It does not yellow, break, or distort when soaked in chemically treated pool water for an extended period of time.

Auxiliary structural components include 304 stainless steel fixing brackets that have undergone laser cutting, high-temperature anti-rust treatment, anti-oxidation, anti-rust, and anti-electrochemical corrosion in saltwater or chemical water environments.

Dustproof and Pressure Resistant Protection: The IP68 dustproof performance completely prevents fine sand, pool powder, and debris from getting into the light; the housing can endure the shock of instantaneous water flow and underwater static water pressure without failing the seal.

Insulation Safety Protection: Three-core power cable (positive pole, negative pole, and ground wire) that conforms with international underwater electrical safety requirements and has a reinforced insulation layer to avoid electric leakage hazards.

Heat Dissipation Optimisation: A multi-slit vent arrangement around the lamp body speeds up internal hot air circulation, lowers the circuit and LED chip operating temperatures, and prolongs the lamp's service life.

Easy Maintenance & Replacement: The PC mask's split-type assembly construction allows it to be dismantled independently to remove dirt and algae buildup from the surface without removing the whole lamp from the pool wall.
