Step-by-Step Correct Installation
Pre-Installation Preparation
Safety First: Turn off the main power supply to the pool lighting system completely before starting any work to avoid electric shock.
Check Compatibility: Confirm the pool wall opening size matches the light's mounting dimensions (292mm diameter), and verify the power supply voltage matches the light's rated input.
Gather Tools: Prepare waterproof sealant, screwdriver, wire stripper, and electrical tape.
Installation Steps
Prepare the Wiring
Strip 5-8mm of insulation from the end of the light's power cord.
Connect the wires strictly according to the markings:
Brown wire (Positive pole) → Connect to the positive terminal of the power supply/transformer
Blue wire (Negative electrode) → Connect to the negative terminal of the power supply/transformer
Yellow-green wire (Earth wire) → Connect to the ground terminal for electrical safety
Wrap all connections tightly with waterproof electrical tape, then seal with heat-shrink tubing for extra waterproof protection.
