Product Introduction

Nestled across southern China's mountains and valleys, Hakka villages stand as monumental testaments to resilience. For centuries, these communities-descendants of Han Chinese migrants who fled northern conflicts-transformed wilderness into fortified homelands. Their iconic tulou (earthen buildings) reveal ingenious adaptation: circular or square structures with walls 60cm thick, studded with arrow slits and watchtowers. At Dawan Fortress in Shenzhen, cannon towers guard a labyrinth of ancestral halls, while Meizhou's Nanhua Youlu merges Hakka pragmatism with南洋 (Nanyang) influences in its 118-room layout. Every brick whispers defense; every courtyard honors clan unity. Beyond architecture, Hakka culture thrives in rituals. The lantern ceremony (deng) illuminates New Year celebrations-families hoist bamboo-and-paper lanterns in ancestral halls, symbolizing newborn sons' inclusion in the clan ledger. In Qiaoxiang Village, elders sing mountain ballads (shan'ge), their melodies echoing harvest joys and exile sorrows across terraced fields. Even cuisine tells stories: ai ban (mugwort cakes) honor ancestors during Qingming Festival, and amber-hued Hakka yellow wine, brewed by women, flows at weddings as a tribute to matriarchal wisdom. Modernity now dances with tradition. At Guanlan Printmaking Base-a 300-year-old Hakka hamlet-artists carve woodblocks beside restored inkstone workshops, while youth upload reels of dragon dances to Douyin. In Fujian's Peitian Village, tourists tread Ming-dynasty flagstones past cafés serving espresso in blue-patterned zitan teacups. Such revitalization isn't mere preservation; it's reinvention. As a Hakka proverb declares, "落葉生根" (luòyè shēnggēn)-"Fallen leaves take root." From fortress walls to digital galleries, Hakka identity blossoms anew, proving that true heritage lies not in stasis, but in perpetual rebirth.

Longhua District, situated in the geographic heart of Shenzhen, has evolved from a manufacturing hub into a dynamic urban center since its establishment as a formal district in 2017. Covering 175 square kilometers, it accommodates over 2.5 million residents and serves as a critical transit nexus, anchored by Shenzhen North Station – one of China's busiest high-speed rail hubs connecting Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and beyond. The district drives innovation through zones like the Longhua Science & Technology City, home to global electronics giants including Foxconn. Yet it balances rapid urbanization with cultural heritage and green spaces: the Guanlan Printmaking Village preserves traditional arts within a 300-year-old Hakka settlement, while the Mission Hills Resort – Asia's largest golf complex – offers luxury leisure. Modern landmarks like the Shenzhen Book City Longhua City (the world's tallest bookstore) and the Longhua Culture & Sports Center reflect its contemporary vitality. Blending industrial legacy, digital ambition, and livable urbanism, Longhua embodies Shenzhen's "dual engine" of economic grit and cultural rejuvenation.

The LKG-60W is a high-performance solar street lamp in the LKG line made for medium-high poles that are 8 to 10 meters high. The core is made up of an 80W monocrystalline silicon solar panel that is very efficient (18% to 20%), a 12.8V/30AH lithium iron phosphate battery, and an SMD 3030 LED light source that is 200LM/W. The battery and processor are in different sections, and the structure is split modular. It supports infrared sensors and time-segment intelligent fading. The lamp is 1318 x 345 x 135 mm and has an IP65 waterproof body that is only 3.7 cm thick. It can be used for city side roads, industrial parks, and other places. The MPPT/PWM dual-mode processor makes the best use of energy, achieving a lighting system that uses no power and lasts a long time.

01

High luminous efficiency output

200LM/W luminous efficacy, 60W power output, 12,000LM luminous flux, covering an area of 80 square meters, with brightness enhanced by 40% compared to traditional 60W sodium lamps.

02

Intelligent Energy-saving System

Infrared sensing + four-level time-limited dimming: When people or vehicles approach, the power instantly reaches 100% (60W). Once they leave, it will automatically adjust according to the preset time period (for example, it will drop to 30% during the night). The overall energy-saving rate is over 60%.

03

High environmental resilience

The MPPT controller increases the charging efficiency on rainy days by 30%. The 12.8V high-voltage battery system supports cold start at -30℃. It has IP65 protection and 4K lightning protection to withstand rain and salt fog. The 6063 aluminum alloy radiator has passed the 240km/h wind tunnel test.

04

Precise Energy Management

An 80W high-power solar panel (1310×340mm) is paired with a 30AH battery, ensuring continuous power supply for 2 days in rainy conditions and throughout the night (12 hours per night).

Municipal main road branch road

Two-way four-lane road (pole height 8-10 meters), with 70°×140° asymmetric light spot achieving 30-meter spacing illumination, uniformity > 0.65, eliminating the zebra pattern.

Port Area Industrial Zone

Port logistics channels, dock operation areas. The streamlined body reduces wind resistance by 30%, and the lightning protection level can be upgraded to 10kV.

Renovation of traditional street lamps

The city's circuit lamp upgrade project features a no-wiring design, which saves 50% of cable costs; it is compatible with Ø60-114mm round rods/U-shaped arms, and there is no welding required for the renovation of old poles.

Off-grid transportation node

Highway service areas and parking lots. The inclination angle of the solar panels can be adjusted by ±15° (latitude range adaptable from 20° to 45°), ensuring the charging efficiency in high-latitude regions during winter.

Product features

The LKG-60W, with its three core competitive advantages of municipal-level light output, all-weather resilience, and intelligent energy management, has become the benchmark choice for medium and high pole road lighting. Its precise ratio of 80W photovoltaic panel to 30AH high-voltage battery ensures high brightness output while reducing the total life cycle cost by 40% (compared to conventional street lamps), making it particularly suitable for low-carbon urban infrastructure and industrial area lighting upgrades.

Optical engineering design

The light-blocking lens limits upward spillage of light to less than 5%. The rectangular light spot precisely matches the road contour. The 93% light transmittance PC lens with UV protection layer reduces insect aggregation.

Minimalist maintenance architecture

The quick-release battery compartment and controller module enable on-site maintenance to be completed in less than 10 minutes; the independent IP65 sealed chamber effectively prevents moisture and dust from entering.

Long-life core components

The lithium iron phosphate battery can be cycled more than 2,000 times (approximately 8 years), with aluminum substrate heat conduction and silicone seal for the light source, and the light attenuation is less than 5% over 50,000 hours.

Smart IoT Expansion

Reserve a 4G module interface (compatible with the remote control platform), and support APP control of lighting strategies, battery level alerts, and fault group management.
