Description

-
Monocrystalline silicon/polycrystalline silicon solar panels
Usually, more efficient single-crystal silicon panels are adopted to obtain the maximum power generation within a limited area.
-
High-capacity lithium batteries
Usually long-lasting and stable lithium iron phosphate batteries with capacities ranging from 20,000mAh to 50,000mAh or even larger, used to store electrical energy and ensure battery life during rainy days.
-
Smart controller (MPPT/PWM): The "brain" of the street lamp
Responsible for light control (automatically turns on when it gets dark and automatically turns off when it gets light), time control (setting the duration of light on), overcharge and overdischarge protection, etc.
-
High-efficiency LED lamp head
Utilizing high-efficiency LED chips, it ensures a large amount of light flux when operating at high power. Additionally, it is equipped with a scientific secondary optical distribution design, enabling the light to evenly illuminate the road surface and avoiding glare.

Purchase considerations
When picking high-power combined solar street lamps, you should not only look at the lamp head's power (in watts), but also at how the system is set up and how well it works:
1.Balance in system setup (the most important!)
Principle: Making power is more important than using it. It is important that the solar panels can produce enough power to fully charge the batteries and power the lights at night.
Certain things to think about:
Conditions of sunlight in the area: Larger solar panels and tanks with more power need to be put in places where sunlight is short.
Length of time needed for lighting: Does your need for constant lighting last all night or just in the early morning? Do you need the battery to last longer on rainy days (like three to five wet days)?
A 200W lamp head that stays on all night and can last for three days in the rain needs a lot more power from the solar panel and batteries than a 60W lamp head that only stays on for six hours and lasts for two days.
2.Type and size of battery:
Lithium iron phosphate batteries are the best choice because they are safe, have a long cycle life (usually over 2000 cycles), and work well even when the temperature is high. It is the standard in the business right now.
Capacity (Ah or Wh): This directly affects how long the battery lasts. The price goes up as the volume goes up.
3.Type and Function of the Controller:
Check to see if the smart features you need are available, like time-based dimming, motion recognition, and remote control.
4.Lighting effectiveness and how light is spread:
How bright something is (lm/W): The higher, the better, as it means the energy economy is higher. LEDs that are good can hit more than 130 to 150 lm/W.
5.Curve for distributing light:
A good light distribution makes sure that the light evenly covers the road surface, has a high utilization rate, and doesn't cause light pollution. Material and Craftsmanship: The lamp body's material (usually cast aluminum), its surface coating (anti-ultraviolet, corrosion-resistant), and its protection level (IP rating) all have an effect on how long it lasts.
