Biorhythm Power-On Conduct Power-On conduct and schedule are rather uncomplicated. You may configure the bulb's behaviour upon activation and establish precise schedules for automated on and off timings.

The plan enables the establishment of personalised Sleep and Wake habits. A gradual increase or decrease in light intensity may be established over a duration of 5 minutes to 2 hours, ideal for simulating natural dawn and sunset cycles. Additionally, there are choices for Random and Cycle Timing, although we did not explore them much.
Biorhythm functions as an advanced, continuous iteration of the sleep/wake cycle, intended to align your illumination with your inherent circadian rhythm. Unlike the sleep/wake settings in "Plan," Biorhythm enables the adjustment of both brightness and colour temperature. Your light may be configured to warm white in the morning, progressively increasing in brightness while transitioning to a cooler white. The default configuration begins at 6:30 AM, with a calming 20% brightness with a warm-white hue. By 10:30 AM, the illumination progressively intensifies to 100% and transitions to a cooler white for a more invigorating ambiance. In the afternoon, it stabilises at 80%, and by 11 PM, the bulb diminishes to 5% with a pleasant, soothing illumination, minimising blue light exposure to facilitate relaxation. This control over light is not only a novelty; it may manage your body's natural cycle, enhancing sleep and overall well-being. Moreover, it is an achievement that was previously unattainable before to the LED revolution.
