Hook Mount Step 1: Disconnecting the power
Be cautious to switch off the electricity before beginning the installation. Avoid installing while the power is still on to avoid being electrocuted.
Phase 2: Wiring
Connect the light's cable to an electrical outlet. The white wire connects to the neutral line, the green wire to the ground wire, and the black wire to the live wire. Don't combine the wires to prevent a safety hazard.
3. Installing the hook hanger with screws
UFO high bay light might be placed straight via the hook if the ceiling is prepared for mounting or if the hook is already attached. If not, you should drill a hole so the hook may be mounted.
A hook hanger might be found among the extras. Prior to tightening the screws on the side to secure the hanger, connect the hook hanger to the top of the UFO high bay light.
Step 4: Mounting the high bay UFO light
Hang the UFO high bay light onto the mounting hook using the hook hanger. Initially, if there isn't one already, install the hook.
Connecting the dimmer is step five.
You can see two more wires to connect to your dimmer (dimmer not included) if the UFO high bay light you purchased has a dimming capability, allowing you to alter the light output as necessary. The gray wire stands for "-" adjustment, and the purple wire for "+" adjustment. Of course, you might decide not to utilize the two wires if you don't need the dimming function.
Step 6: Activating the power
Installing the UFO LED high bay light is simple. It will be ready for use after you reconnect it to the switch and restart the power.
