How to Install LED Flat Panel Light

LED Ceiling Panel Light

Since LED panel ceiling lights can soften and modernize the environment, they are a very common and excellent replacement for the old light fixture.The majority of places, including conference rooms, restaurants, offices, hospitals, schools, hallways, and lobbies, choose panel lamps.

How then are the led ceiling panel lights installed? We want to offer four methods for installing led panel lights. There are four types of LED ceiling lights: built-in, recessed, fixed, and suspended.Please review the led flat panel assembly.

Please follow the instructions step by step so that you can fully attach the led flat panel light.

Built With1. Remove the highlighted fasteners from the panel's four corners.2.Secure the four fasteners after positioning the springs.3.Make a square hole 10 millimeters smaller than the led panel in the ceiling.4. Attach the led actuator to an AC power source.The panel's elevated springs should be pushed into the ceiling cavity.5. Finish installing.

Recessed 1. Attach the LED Panel wire to the LED Driver's DC side.2. Position the driver on the panel's rear. Remove the grid plate from the ceiling.4. Slide the LED panel into the matrix of the ceiling. 5. Rotate the panel so that it fits into the ceiling grid with ease.6.Sit the LED Panel so that it is parallel to the ceiling grid.7. Verify that the Panel is positioned equally within the T-bar ceiling grid.8. Take down a ceiling tile next to the LED strip. 9. Attach the LED Driver to an AC power source.10.Install the UL LED Panel light by replacing the ceiling panel.

1. Remove the protective film from the panel and remove it from the package and bag.2. Raise the mounting clip from the panel's border.3. Rotate the tip of the mounting clip 4. Insert the panel into the overhead grid.5. Make sure the clamps are securely fastened to the T-BAR (Main/Crossceiling Tee). 6. Take off the driving box lid.7.Leave the impact hole open. 8. Place the wire inside the driver box.9.Connect the LED Driver for Non-dimmable Panel to the AC mains electricity.10. Attach the LED Driver for a 0-10V dimmable panel to the AC mains electricity and 0-10V dim cable.
11. Restore the motor cover. 12.Complete.

Suspended 1. Secure the suspension surface fixing to the ceiling by inserting the power plugs into the ceiling.2. Remove the highlighted fasteners from the Panel's four corners.
3. Screw the LED Panel's support panel fixing into place. 4. Attach the LED Panel's suspension wire with screws.5.Adjust the suspension cable's length to the intended value.6. Screw the ceiling fixing to the suspension wire.7. Take notice of the suggested separations for the ceiling fixings.8. Fix the Panel to the ceiling and make any necessary last-minute height and angle changes.9. Attach the LED Driver to an AC power source.
