Solar garden lights battery panel installation
Based on the local latitude, calculate the battery panel's inclination angle. Use 40*40 galvanized angle steel support brackets, and use expansion screws to secure the brackets to the side wall. Attach the brackets to the roof's lightning conductor using steel bars that are 1-2 meters long and have an 8MM diameter weld. To secure the battery panel to the brackets, drill holes in them and use Φ8mm or Φ6mm stainless steel screws.
Solar garden lights battery installation
Examine each battery to make sure it is undamaged, gently unpack it, and check for damage to the battery box. Verify the battery's manufacturing date.
The battery has a DC12V, 80AH voltage, and two identically sized batteries connected in series may produce 24V of power.
Put the two batteries in a model 200 buried box. Use gradual tight-coupling protective tubes (with steel wire water pipes) to secure the buried box's outlet once it has been glued. Once another end of the protective tube has been lead out, seal it with silicone sealant to keep water out.
The buried box excavation hole is 700 mm deep, 600 mm long, and 550 mm broad, and it is located next to the solar light foundation.
Construct a buried box pool using single-block cement, insert the battery-equipped buried box into the pool, run the wire pipe out, and cover with cement board.
In addition to being extremely firm, the battery connection needs to be correctly polarized.
Connect the battery pack's positive and negative poles to the power controller's positive and negative poles, respectively, once it has been connected. Next, coat the connecting area with Vaseline.
Installation of solar garden lights controller
A specialized solar power controller is used by the controller. When attaching the cables, attach the PV panel wire first, then the load terminal, and lastly the battery terminal on the controller.
Pay attention to the fact that the negative and positive poles of the battery, PV panel, and load cannot be reversed, and the connecting lines of the PV panel and the battery cannot be short-circuited. The compartment door on the light post is locked, and the controller is positioned within the post and secured with bolts.
Laying of solar garden lights wires
All connecting cables are threaded via pipes, and the wires are carried down from the ceiling. They can be brought down from the threading well or along the rainwater pipe on the floor. The threading pipe for the roof downline is ?25mm, and the underground wiring uses ?20mm threading pipe. The threading pipe is connected using glue-sealed tees, elbows, and pipe joints.
To guarantee waterproofing in specific locations, use a metal water supply soft pipe connection. The majority of the connection wires are sheathed BVR2*2.5mm2 wires.
