LED light bulbs are far superior than incandescent lights in terms of efficiency and longevity. In contrast to the latter, LED light bulbs come in many color temperatures. Which one should you choose to furnish your bedroom in order to create a pleasant, tranquil environment?

Choose LED light bulbs with a 2700–3000K color temperature or higher. This is due to the fact that they are just perfect for establishing a nice, tranquil atmosphere, which can make a world of difference when you're trying to unwind after a long day.

Warm light (2,700–3,000K) is appropriate for bedrooms (as well as living spaces) for two major reasons:

It produces a calmer, cozier atmosphere.

It assists in bringing out architectural elements.
Never put daylight or bright white LED lighting in the bedroom, we repeat, never. While brilliant white LED light bulbs have a color temperature of 4,000–5,000K, daylight LED light bulbs have a range of 5,000–6,700K. Both types of bulbs provide a more energizing atmosphere that is unsuitable for sleeping and, to some extent, living areas. Bright white LED light bulbs should be used in kitchens and workspaces like your home office or garage. While daylight LED light bulbs are ideal for working, reading, and using in bathrooms.

Having difficulty going to sleep at night? Choose LED light bulbs of superior quality.

The best LED light bulbs for bedrooms are warm white, but you shouldn't choose any warm white bulb. Pay attention to the CRI score of the lightbulb. The CRI value, which ranges from 1 to 100, is a reliable measure of the brightness of an LED light bulb. Cheap, subpar LED lights have a CRI rating of 80, which is just insufficient. Due to their unbalanced light output, these bulbs can cause headaches and eye strains when used for an extended period of time.

Always use LED light bulbs with a CRI value of 90 or above. We only provide CRI90+ LED light bulbs at LiquidLEDs because we only want the best for you. Furthermore, there is no justification for you to accept inferior CRI80 LED light bulbs at the reasonable prices of our LED bulbs.

Use red LED light bulbs in your bedroom and turn them on at night if you've been having difficulties falling asleep recently. Artificial blue light, which is generated by LED lights and by all electronic gadgets, including your smartphone and TV, has been shown in studies to be sleep-disrupting. This has been validated by several studies. The generation of melatonin is interfered with by artificial blue light. A hormone called melatonin controls our sleep-wake cycle. There may be issues with sleep when it is generated in little doses.

Red light does not interfere with the generation of melatonin like blue light does. As a result, it is excellent for encouraging restful sleep.
