Lighting equipment in high-risk industries including energy, chemical engineering, and mining must survive tremendous temperatures and explosions. Ordinary LED lights struggle to start below -20℃ and provide more light in high-temperature situations. We developed a 250W LED explosion-proof light that can function reliably from -45℃ to 80℃, addressing this technical problem.
Technology for military-grade wide temperature range
This explosion-proof light manages temperature intelligently. When the ambient temperature lowers to -45℃, the system starts the preheating device for rapid LED chip lighting. The vortex cooling mechanism in the cast aluminum shell quickly disperses heat in an 80℃ environment, maintaining the chip junction temperature within acceptable limits. The wide voltage input design (AC85-265V) and 50-60Hz frequency ensure steady operation in different power grid scenarios.
Excellent optical setup
Each watt emits 120 lumens from Osram original LED chips, maximizing luminous efficiency. The light has three beam angles-60°, 90°, and 120°-for diverse illumination situations. The luminous efficiency coefficient is ≥ 0.97, ensuring effective energy conversion. The color rendering index Ra80 can properly portray object colors with a color temperature range of 2700K–6500K that can be adjusted from warm yellow to cold white light, fulfilling the visual needs of varied working conditions.
