2. LED light source:
Usually LED lamp beads use 3528, and some people use 3014 and 5050. 3014 and 5050 have low cost and slightly worse light efficiency, the key is that their light guide network design is difficult. 3528 light efficiency high point versatility.
3. LED light guide plate:
The side LED light is refracted through the dots to evenly export the light from the front, and the light guide plate is the key point of the quality control of LED panel lights. The dot design is not good, the overall light efficiency seen is very poor, generally there will be dark on both sides of the middle light, or there will be a bright light band at the light inlet, or a local dark area can be seen, or there will be inconsistent brightness at different angles. To improve the light efficiency of the light guide plate mainly depends on the design of the network, followed by the quality of the plate, but there is no need to superstitious the first-line famous brand plate, the light transmittance between qualified plates is usually not much different. Generally, small LED lamp factories are directly bought public light guide plates to use, there is no need to re-sample the design, and the public version used by more manufacturers is usually of qualified quality.
4. LED diffuser board:
The light of the light guide plate is evenly exported, and it can also play the role of blurring dots. Diffusion plate generally uses acrylic 2.0 plate or PC material, almost PS material, acrylic cost is lower and light transmittance is slightly higher than PC, acrylic brittle anti-aging performance is weak, PC price is slightly expensive, but anti-aging performance is strong. The diffuser plate cannot see the dots after installation, and the light transmittance should be about 90%. Acrylic light transmittance is 92%, PC is 88%, PS is about 80%, you can choose diffuser plate materials according to demand, most manufacturers are using acrylic materials.
5. Reflective paper:
The residual light on the back of the light guide plate is reflected to improve the light efficiency, generally RW250.
6. Back cover:
The main function is to seal the LED panel light, generally using 1060 aluminum, which can also play a little heat dissipation role.
7. Drive power:
There are 2 kinds of LED drive power supply, one is to use constant current power supply, this mode has high efficiency, PF value is as high as 0.95, cost-effective; the other is to use constant voltage with constant current power supply, stable performance, but low efficiency, high cost, generally use this power supply is mainly export, the other party requires certification requirements, must use a power supply with safety regulations. In fact, it is very safe for families to use constant current power supply, because users are difficult to access the power supply, and the lamp body itself uses safe low-voltage electricity.
