Detect and identify fluorescence
Fluorescence detection is excellent with the 395nm UV lamp. Under UV light, several compounds glow in unique hues, which can be used to verify authenticity. Anti-counterfeiting marks on ID cards, passports, and banknotes exhibit patterns under ultraviolet light. Gemologists use it to differentiate natural and manufactured gems. Industry uses 395nm UV lights to cure polymers and adhesives. Many ultraviolet-curable adhesives solidify quickly when exposed to ultraviolet light, making them useful for electronic component fixing, glass bonding, and tiny repairs. After applying the glue, technicians expose it to the ultraviolet lamp for several seconds to several minutes to cure it. Fast and strong, this approach bonds well. Some nail glues and craft resins also cure with UV light, so users just need to lay the material under the lamp.

Many artistic and entertainment spaces employ 395nm UV lighting. Under ultraviolet light, fluorescent colors and substances glow brightly, making UV lamps perfect for parties, stage acts, and art. Fluorescent coatings can create patterns that are invisible under normal light but brilliant under UV lamp irradiation. Some entertainment venues employ ultraviolet lamps to increase illumination and create a unique atmosphere.
Despite being long-wave UV rays, 395nm ultraviolet rays should not be directly shone on the eyes and skin to avoid discomfort or harm. Use the 395nm ultraviolet lamp properly to maximize its benefits and safety.
