Full-surface homogenous light emission, a broad irradiation angle, high space utilisation of luminous flux, and maximum effective useable light at the working area rather than wasted dispersed light are all guaranteed by an optimised array architecture of LED beads.

Explosion-proof Isolated Split-Cavity Driver Design
adopts a novel two-cavity split isolated construction with an integrated constant-current explosion-proof driver and independent sealed power supply and light source cavities that are physically separated, totally isolating heat from LED light sources. By preventing mutual thermal interference between the power unit and light source, the middle partition's specially designed heat dissipation rib structure significantly stabilises the driver's operating temperature and enhances the lamp's overall operational durability in challenging high-temperature environments.
With integrated overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, and surge protection circuits, the integrated constant-current isolated LED driver is manufactured with a premium die-cast aluminium casing that is designed to sustain overcurrent surges up to 3×rated operating current. Global mainstream industrial AC power is supported by broad input voltage compatibility: AC85~265V universal wide voltage input, completely adaptive to unstable power grid voltage of mines, petrochemical plants, chemical plants, offshore platforms, and other hazardous industrial zones globally.
