High-strength explosion-proof tempered glass lens cover: ultra-high hardness anti-impact panel, withstands heavy hammer striking without full fragmentation; light transmittance reaches ≥98% to maximize lumen output with minimal light loss.

Reinforced triangular bolt locking frame around the light surface, evenly distributing pressure impact; every assembly joint uses explosion-proof sealing gaskets to eliminate gas leakage risks.

Die-cast aluminum alloy shell with flame-retardant oxidation treatment, anti-static and anti-corrosion, resists chemical acid & alkali mist erosion in chemical, petrochemical and fertilizer workshops.

Internal isolated drive power supply cavity, separate wiring terminal compartment to avoid circuit short-circuit spark hazards under unstable voltage fluctuations.

Efficient Heat Dissipation, Ultra-Low Light Decay & Extended Service Lifespan

 

Multi-layer split radial fin heat sink on the lamp back, large contact area between aluminum shell and air, rapid passive heat convection without extra cooling fans (fanless design to cut failure points).

Heat conduction silica gel tightly bonded between LED chip board and aluminum radiator, transferring chip operating heat out instantly to keep core working temperature low.

Low working junction temperature of LED chips, effectively slowing chip light attenuation; only ≤30% lumen depreciation after 50,000 hours of continuous operation, far better than ordinary explosion-proof lights with 50% brightness loss within 20,000 hours.

Rated service life up to 50,000 hours under 24/7 non-stop industrial operation; compared with traditional metal halide explosion-proof lamps, service lifespan is 3-5 times longer.

Fanless heat dissipation structure removes vulnerable rotating fan components, eliminates fan burnout, noise and dust blockage failures, cuts post-installation maintenance labor and replacement part costs drastically.

High-temperature resistant electronic components inside the driver, can continuously operate under ambient temperature range of -30℃ ~ +55℃ without performance degradation.
