The flood light's fundamental light source is a high-reliability 3030 SMD LED that is neatly arranged on an aluminium PCB substrate with great thermal conductivity. Because each LED bead has a unique encapsulation structure and homogeneous current dispersion, local overheating and lamp bead premature light degradation are effectively prevented. Together with a tempered high-strength front glass cover to minimise luminous loss from light scattering and refraction, a matching UV-resistant high-transmittance PC optical lens and a nano plastic reflecting interior structure optimise the light refraction route.

With an industry-leading luminous effectiveness of up to 130~150LM/W, it significantly outperforms the luminous output of a typical COB floodlight. It eliminates uneven dark areas and yellowish lighting problems typical with subpar floodlights by producing homogeneous, soft full-spectrum white light with reduced glare and a high colour rendering index (CRI 75 optional). Fin-type die-cast aluminium heat sinks and patented thermal respirators balance internal and external air pressure inside lamp housing, quickly dissipating the operating heat of LED chips, according to scientific thermal simulation; stable working temperature guarantees less than 5% lumen depreciation within the 50000-hour rated lifespan, maintaining sustained high light output throughout long-term continuous operation.

The lamp body is equipped with a globally approved, well-known brand constant-current waterproof LED driver that supports a broad range of input voltages (AC85~265V) to accommodate grid voltage fluctuations in the majority of the world's nations. The driver uses a multi-protection circuit design that protects against overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuits, and surges. Its full epoxy sealed waterproof structure complies with IP65 protection standards, and it can withstand sudden power surges, thunderstorm surges, and humid, corrosive outdoor environments. It can also start up steadily in extremely low and high ambient temperatures, ranging from -30°C to +55°C. A pre-wired waterproof silicone sealing cable interface keeps rainwater, dust, and moisture from penetrating internal power components.

The Benefits of Low Consumption and Energy Saving
This LED flood light reduces power consumption by 70% to 82% under same lumen output when compared to conventional halogen, HID, and mercury flood lights. A 100W LED model, for instance, may replace a traditional 400W metal halide lamp while producing brightness that is comparable; ultra-low standby power loss and the absence of an immediate inrush current during lamp starting further reduce unseen energy waste. Long 50000H service life helps end users significantly cut long-term running power and maintenance costs by significantly lowering replacement frequency, after-sales maintenance labour costs, and spare part expenditures.

Installation Steps (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Choose a solid installation position Select a sturdy wall, pole, bracket or ground base with strong load-bearing capacity. Make sure the installation position is flat and stable, and reserve sufficient space for heat dissipation to ensure long-term stable operation of the lamp.

Step 2: Fix the mounting bracket Align the adjustable metal bracket with the installation position, mark the hole locations, drill holes with an electric drill, and install the matching expansion bolts. Tighten the screws firmly to fix the bracket tightly without shaking or loosening.

Step 3: Adjust the lighting angle Loosen the angle locking screws on both sides of the lamp body. The lamp can be adjusted up, down, left and right freely to obtain the best irradiation range and lighting angle. After confirming the angle, fully tighten the fixing screws to prevent displacement caused by wind blowing or vibration.

Step 4: Standard wiring connection This flood light supports universal AC85-265V wide voltage, compatible with most national power grids worldwide. 1. Strip the outer insulation of the lamp power cord; 2. Connect the live wire (L), neutral wire (N) and ground wire (PE) strictly according to electrical standards; 3. Use waterproof wire nuts or waterproof electrical tape to seal the wiring position completely to prevent water ingress and oxidation; 4. Ensure all wiring is firm and no exposed copper wire.

Step 5: Power on and test After confirming that the bracket is fixed firmly, the angle is locked and the wiring is sealed safely, turn on the power supply. Check whether the light turns on normally with uniform brightness and no flicker. The installation is completed successfully.
