Products Description
What is a high-pole LED stadium floodlight?
It refers to a high-power LED floodlight system installed on dedicated poles ranging from 15 meters to 60 meters or even higher, providing large-area, high-brightness and high-uniformity lighting for large outdoor stadiums (such as football fields, track and field venues, baseball fields, etc.).
Core components:
Pole: Usually a conical steel tube structure, with an internal ladder or lifting platform.
Lighting panel: A metal frame installed at the top of the pole, used to fix multiple floodlights.
LED floodlight: The core lighting component, featuring high power, high luminous efficiency and professional light distribution.
Lifting system: Using an electric winch, the lamp panel can be lowered to the ground for maintenance. This is a key design feature of the tall pole lighting system.
Intelligent control system: Enables remote switching, dimming, and scene switching, etc.

Products Details
Over metal halide lamps, high pole LEDs have a huge advantage:
1.Superb lighting:
Very bright and uniform: Professional optical design and lamp position arrangement allow it to meet international event illumination standards (e.g., 500–2000 lux) without black spots.
A high color rendering index: It meets TV broadcast criteria by faithfully reproducing athlete and venue colors with high-color-rendering LEDs (Ra > 80, for TV broadcasts, Ra > 90 is required, TLCI > 85).
Precision light distribution and low glare: Asymmetric secondary optical lenses create a rectangular light spot that controls light within the venue, minimizing glare to athletes and spectators and preventing light from spilling out.
2. High energy efficiency and longevity:
High luminous efficiency: Modern LED stadium lighting can achieve 150-200 lm/W, about 50% more energy-efficient than metal halide lights.
LEDs last 50,000–100,000 hours, compared to a few thousand for metal halide lights. This greatly reduces replacements and maintenance expenses.
3. Superior reliability and maintenance:
Modular Design (essential!): This high pole light design is best. Multiple light source modules and drivers make up the lamp. A single module failure does not impair the illumination and may be replaced on the ground without high-altitude effort. It is fast, safe, and affordable.
Starts and restarts quickly: Immediately illuminates upon power-on. Pre-game training, halftime breaks, etc. benefit from regular changeover.
Excellent heat dissipation: The chip operates reliably at high temperatures due to its massive cast aluminum casing and heat dissipation fins.
4. Strong intelligent control:
Set multi-scenario: Switch between "training mode", "competition mode", "TV broadcast mode" and "clearing mode" with one click. Dimming creates different lighting effects, saving electricity.
Remote cluster control: The control room can administer the complete lighting system using DALI, 0-10V, or wireless methods like LoRa, 4G/5G.
state monitoring and fault alarm: The smart system monitors each light fixture's state, power usage, and temperature and warns of issues.

Products Applications
Professional/Amateur Sports Venues: Football fields, rugby fields, baseball fields, track and field venues.
Large-scale public facilities: municipal squares, parking lots, port terminals, freight storage yards.
Other sports venues: Golf practice grounds, tennis courts, etc.
