LED tube lights are long, linear lamps for fluorescent installations. T8 4-ft LED tube lights, which replace 4-ft fluorescent lamps, are the most common.

The number after "T" shows the tube's eighth-inch diameter. The diameter of a T8 lamp is 8/8 inch, or 1 inch.

You know basic electrical work or have a competent electrician.
You can complete rewiring job with enough time, equipment, and labour.
Rewiring fixtures on high ceilings is harder on a ladder while facing upwards!
Sometimes LED shop lights, integrated fixtures, or strip lights are better for lighting installations.
