The 27 high power LED modules of the high output LED wall washer were created particularly to give stunning colours and brightness levels, as well as a high level of protection against all environmental effects. These linear lighting fixtures may produce a single colour (red, green, blue, yellow, or white) using monochrome diodes, or they can produce RGB light by mixing and matching several LED colours. Traditional outdoor LED lighting uses sealant to achieve a brief duration of weatherproof and waterproof ingress protection. The chemistry of sealant will undoubtedly deteriorate over time when exposed to harsh climates. A proprietary secondary packaging technique is used to hermetically enclose the LED modules used in BENWEI Lighting fixtures. Completely encased LED modules provide optimum waterproof integrity and weatherability with one-piece moulded, UV stabilised PVC housing, which is not achievable with silicone or epoxy potted LED light fixtures.

 

High thermal conductivity nanomaterials are used in the high power LED modules to effectively remove heat from the semiconductor junction. This results in superior thermal management. High thermal resistance of the PVC casing allows it to survive harsh temperatures of up to 200 degrees Celsius. Bulky heat dissipation components may be eliminated from secondary packaging of LED modules using thermally optimised materials, which reduces the size of outdoor lighting systems.

 

Specifically photometric distributions are guaranteed by a unique optics design to maximise use in each application.

The linear wall washing fixture has removably integrated waterproof LED modules that offer application versatility and ease of maintenance.
