This UFO LED high bay light is designed for hassle-free installation, requiring only basic tools and no professional electrical expertise:
Pre-Installation Safety
Turn off the power to the circuit at the main breaker box and verify it is off with a voltage tester.
Ensure the mounting surface can safely support the weight of the fixture (approximately 8 lbs for the 200W model).
Option 1: Hanging Installation (U-Shaped Bracket)
Attach the U-shaped hanging bracket to the back of the fixture using the included bolts and washers.
Use chains, cables or hooks to suspend the fixture from the ceiling or beam at your desired height.
Connect the black (live), white (neutral) and green (ground) wires from the fixture to your building's electrical system.
Tighten all connections and ensure the fixture is hanging securely and level.
Option 2: Wall/Surface Installation (Fixed Base Bracket)
Attach the fixed base bracket to the back of the fixture using the included hardware.
Mark the mounting holes on the wall or surface using the bracket as a template, then drill pilot holes.
Secure the bracket to the surface using heavy-duty screws and anchors.
Connect the electrical wires as described above, then seal the wiring connection with a waterproof junction box for outdoor or wet locations.
